Coyote Cafe was not my favorite because it was Mexican, and I’m just not a big Mexican eater.  The food was great, but the service was a little slow.  Maybe it was just crowded because there was a lot of people there.  I give this restaurant 2 1/2 out of 5 ice cream scoops.  Again, not a Mexican person.
