The Echo is a very good breakfast and lunch restaurant.  But if you want to get in there on a Sunday morning you better go early because it will be packed!  It is not a long wait, the most I have ever waited was probably ten minutes not even.  Everything they have there is great!  From the hot chocolate to the soup!  Sometimes I go there early before school and it is just the best way to start off my day.  I would recommend the Echo to anyone who wants to go out for breakfast.  The waiters are always very kind and friendly there.  I give this restaurant 4 1/2 ice cream scoops.
